Customer Services
Whilst most of our goods are despatched within 14 days from receipt of your order, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We deliver to mainland UK (including Northern Ireland) only. Please note, our Customer Services team deal with over 12,000 orders every week, please allow 28 days before querying an order as most are delivered within this time. Please note, customer services opening times are 10am - 4pm, Monday - Friday
Return Instructions:
These will be sent through with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase return the goods to us, undamaged, dismantled (where home assembly has been required) and in the original packing within 28 days for an exchange or a refund of the item price, however please note we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items.
Cancellation Notice:
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for the purchase made from the website anytime from the date you placed the order until seven working days after the goods were delivered. If you choose to cancel your order you must notify us in writing, either by letter, fax or email enquiries@coopersofstortford.co.uk. If your order has already been despatched by the time you cancel the order you will be required to return the item(s) and to pay the carriage costs of the return.
Audio/Video, Personalised/Personal:
Items personalised for you may not be cancelled or refunded. Audio/video recordings or software that has been unsealed and items marked personal (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned unless faulty. For safety reasons, if the generator needs to be returned it must be empty of all petrol. Please Note: Batteries, Styli and Record Cleaning Kits are not refundable. Please return the item via your local Post Office using the cheapest method available, ensuring that you obtain a Certificate of Posting at time of despatch.
