How do I know it is safe for me to order online?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Whilst we aim to despatch all goods within 14 days please allow up to 28 days for delivery from point of order. If your order has more than one item they may arrive separately.

What should I do if my order hasn´t arrived in full after 28 days?
If we are unable to deliver a product within a maximum of 28 days, then you will be notified by email or by post. Fortunately, delays on this scale are rare, but in such cases we will provide you with our best estimate of the delay in delivery. You will also, of course, be given the option to cancel or change your order should you so wish. If we have not notified you and 28 days have elapsed it may be that your item has been lost in transit, in this instance please contact us in order that we may track the parcel with our carriers. Can I have my order sent to different delivery addresses?
Yes, we can deliver your order to a different address. Clearly state on your order form the delivery address if different from your cards billing address and we will honour your request.

How do I add a different delivery address?
On the order summary page, you will see the delivery address at the top of the page. Just above the address you will see some blue text, which states "Add a delivery Address HERE". Click on this text and you will be taken to your Address Book page. Towards the bottom left of the page, click the "Add New Address " button. Select your title; enter your first and surnames then your postcode. Click the "continue" button and select the address from the drop down menu and click the "select this address" button. Enter a telephone number on the next screen and click the "Add" button.

What are your Postage & Packaging costs?
We deliver to addresses in mainland UK and Northern Ireland only. A delivery charge of £3.99 will apply to all orders. An additional £6 delivery charge will be added for bulky/heavy items marked

How do I return an item?
Full return instructions will be sent with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase return the goods to us, undamaged and in the original packaging within 28 days for an exchange or a refund of the item price, however please note we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please return the item via your local Post Office using the cheapest method available, ensuring that you obtain a Certificate of Posting at time of despatch. Personalised/Personal: Items personalised for you may not be cancelled or refunded. Audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed and items marked personal (for hygiene reasons), cannot be returned unless faulty. How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for any purchase made via any method, telephone, catalogue, newspaper or Internet anytime from the date you placed your order until seven working days after the day the goods were delivered. If you choose to cancel your order you must notify us in writing either by letter or email cancellation@coopersofstortford.co.uk. If your order has already been despatched by the time you cancel the order you will be required to return the item(s) and to pay the carriage cost of the return.
