- Question-How long will it take for my order to reach me?
- Answer-Whilst we aim to despatch all goods within 14 days please allow up to 28 days for delivery from point of order. If your order has more than one item they may arrive separately.
- Question-What should I do if my order hasn´t arrived in full after 28 days?
- Answer-If we are unable to deliver a product within a maximum of 28 days, then you will be notified by email or by post. Fortunately, delays on this scale are rare, but in such cases we will provide you with our best estimate of the delay in delivery. You will also, of course, be given the option to cancel or change your order should you so wish. If we have not notified you and 28 days have elapsed it may be that your item has been lost in transit, in this instance please contact us in order that we may track the parcel with our carriers. - Answer-Regrettably we deliver to mainland UK (including Northern Ireland) only.
