- Question-Can I have my order sent to different delivery addresses?
- Answer-Yes, we can deliver your order to a different address. Clearly state on your order form the delivery address if different from your cards billing address and we will honour your request.
- Question-How do I add a different delivery address?
- Answer-On the order summary page, you will see the delivery address at the top of the page. Just above the address you will see some blue text, which states "Add a delivery Address HERE". Click on this text and you will be taken to your Address Book page. Towards the bottom left of the page, click the "Add New Address " button. Select your title; enter your first and surnames then your postcode. Click the "continue" button and select the address from the drop down menu and click the "select this address" button. Enter a telephone number on the next screen and click the "Add" button.
- Question-What are your Postage & Packaging costs?
- Answer-No. There is only one flat rate charge of £3.99 for P&P however many items you order, unless you have chosen a bulky or heavy item in which case there will be an extra charge of £6 per bulky or heavy item.
- Question-Do I have to pay a separate P&P charge on every item within my order?

Answer-Full return instructions will be sent with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase
return the goods to us, undamaged and in the original packaging within 28 days for an exchange or a
refund of the item price, however please note we do not pay return postage on unsuitable items. This
does not affect your statutory rights. Please return the item via your local Post Office using the
cheapest method available, ensuring that you obtain a Certificate of Posting at time of despatch. If
the item you wish to return was indicated as bulky/heavy on your original order please contact
