Question-How do I return an item?

Answer-Personalised/Personal: Items personalised for you may not be cancelled or refunded. Audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed and items marked personal (for hygiene reasons), cannot be returned unless faulty. Batteries, Styli and Record Cleaning Kits are not refundable. For safety reasons, if the Generator needs to be returned it must be empty of all petrol.

Question-How do I cancel my order?

Answer-You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for any purchase made via any method, telephone, catalogue, newspaper or Internet anytime from the date you placed your order until seven working days after the day the goods were delivered. If you choose to cancel your order you must notify us in writing either by letter or email cancellation@coopersofstortford.co.uk. If your order has already been despatched by the time you cancel the order you will be required to return the item(s) and to pay the carriage cost of the return.
