Delivery
In stock orders are normally delivered within 7 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.
Please note our Customer Services opening times are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Standard postal/Delivery charges will not be refunded on unsuitable items, unless order is cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. Not for UK users details not good enough for UK use

Very disappointed. The document is very clearly of Amercian origion with financial terms and structures we do not normally use in the UK. e.g. "real estate" rather than property. No mnetion of such items as Premium Bonds or ISAs. I will use it making my own headings and removing many of the pages. Not good value for money.

Needs to be a shorter version, and more English oriented. So many pages repeated, so much too many pages not used, wasted paper.
