Delivery
In stock orders are normally delivered within 5-7 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Standard postal/Delivery charges will not be refunded on unsuitable items, unless order is cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. "Could Be Better"
Pens work well on glass but the yellow and orange were so runny that I was unable to use them.

"Multiple Craft And Leisure Items"
I always check that the items received are those I ordered and though I have not had time to assess them long-term. I am in no doubt that the items will be of the same high quality that I expect from Coopers, having purchased through them for many years.
