"Excellent"
Ladders are just what I wanted. Light as a feather and so easy to store away as they fold flat and slide away to a narrow gap between my wardrobe and wall. Ideal to get to the items stored above my wardrobes.

"Excellent Product, Shame About The Delivery"
Really good stepladders. Lightweight and very compact. I now have both the two step and three step versions as they are so useful.
Just a shame that it was let down by the appalling delivery by Hermes. 5 stars for the ladder, zero stars for Hermes.
