Suitable for all open fires, wood and coal burning stoves, the Ash Can Cleaner is a self-contained vacuum cleaner with a heavy duty 18L capacity container, so all you need do is plug it in, suck up the ashes then unclip the lid and empty directly into the bin - it's quick, clean and easy.

With a 1.25m (49in) suction hose and washable filter, it measures 35cm (14 1/2in) high, is 30cm (12in) in dia. and can also be used for vacuuming broken glass, nails, nuts and bolts etc. in garages and workshops.

In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Conveniently small and light with powerful suction. Inclined to block and over heat ( it will cut-out safely) when picking up material which blocks the tube. The tube's inner surface is corrugated. It has to be allowed to cool and the tube unblocked before it can continue to be used.

We have not yet used this vacuum yet, but the last one we had lasted 3 years using it daily from November to April, so we hope this one lasts longer!

Seems robust. For use only on cold and dry material. Good suction for cleaning the finer ash from a fireplace, and very useful in the garage too. Filter is very effective in preventing fine ash/dust being discharged back into the room, but needs washing frequently to prevent loss of suction. The metal ash/rubbish collection can too can be washed out. For me, good vfm.
