The Role

As the Assistant Customer Services Manager you will plan and organise the day to day operation of the call centre and management team. We are seeking candidates who have experience of managing and ensuring departmental administrative tasks are completed accurately within the agreed service levels. In addition to this you will have previous experience of dealing with recruitment, induction, training, capability and disciplinary procedures.  This is an opportunity for an experienced Supervisor, who is looking for their next career move, to join a successful team.

What you will need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office, have a well-rounded approach and the ability to problem solve.  You will need to have a professional style of communication across all channels, verbal, email, and in meetings. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to motivate and lead the department to improve.

This is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover to meet the needs of the business.
