Product Details

Developed by NASA for use in outer space, advanced “mylar” is a super thin and strong thermal fibre used to reflect and maintain body heat in below-zero temperatures. We’ve added a super-lightweight layer of softest fleece to create an amazingly inexpensive and cosy wraparound (or under-blanket) for super-warmth on chilly nights, without turning up the central heating. L146 x W94cm.

"Washable?"

Nowhere does it say whether it's washable. I've cut mine up into pieces for cat beds + my own. But, given the pic, surely I thought, isn't it the shiny side that reflects heat? Anyway, looking forward to my 1st night with it. It is rather noisy, crinkly on movement, but expect will get used to it. All in all, good quality + price.

Bought to stay in the car for protection during any adverse conditions. More comfortable than a basic space blanket. Does not use up much general space. Just hope we don't have to try them out!
