"Fine - Apart From One Nail Clipper"
The Chiropody Set arrived on schedule and was good. I tested all the pieces and all but one were fine. The arm of a long-handled nail clipper snapped as soon as I pressed it. I contacted Coopers and their Customer Service was brilliant. I had a prompt response to my email and the offer of a refund or a replacement (I chose the latter). This too arrived promptly. It is reassuring to know that you can purchase from them with confidence.
