Turkey Lifter with Brush
Before cooking, place the studded and perforated lifter (for grip and drainage) directly into the cooking tray and lay the meat on top. You can fasten the handles over the top of the joint or leave them loose.
When cooked simply lift the joint out in one piece with the juices draining back into the tray ready to become gravy. Allow your meat to rest before removing the lifter for carving.
Withstanding temperatures up to 250ºC , it is highly recommended for use in slow cookers.
Measures W59cm xL32cm (23in x12 1/2in) and holds max weight 15kg/33lb. Don't forget to use your basting brush either!
