My question is, there is an annoying label stuck in the middle of the dish. After washing the paper label has come off, but despite several hours soaking the residual adhesive is still there. I don’t want to scrub as it might damage the surface, so how do I get 5bis glue off, before I cook with it?

I tried a couple of times to cook chips from frozen, but found that no way did they get crispy on the outside, and I was totally disappointed with the results. May try again with bacon or pizza.....
