"Popper Closure Not Included"
This neck wrap is well designed and produced but is not supplied with the Popper closure shown in the advertised picture and description. Otherwise a good product.

"Disappointed"
This product is not as shown or described in catalogue or on website. Measurements are correct but there are no separate gel packs and no strap or popper to keep the wrap in place. The picture makes it look bigger than it is and unless you checked the measurements before buying you are made to think it is larger. It barely lays around my shoulders. Will try it but I am disappointed.
