Product Details

These Copper King Frying Pans cook as good as they look. Made from lightweight aluminium with a hard ceramic copper coating, their non-stick properties make them a joy to use. The pans distribute the heat quickly and evenly eliminating those nasty hot spots so the cooked food just glides onto the plate. They can be used on any hob (including induction) and are even oven-safe up to 260°C too. Dimensions Dia. 24 x D4.5 x L40cm and 20 x D4 x L38cm.

This is now an essential item on my gas hob. Once cooked, food slips off the pan with astonishing ease and the pan can then be cleaned in seconds. The handle can become hot, so I recommend use of a glove.

What am i doing wrong? I have cooked eggs in this twice once with a tiny bit of oil and once without and both times they stuck a bit. Also i noticed an odd smell from the pan. Also did not find it easy to clean, sticky residue from the oil, not what i expected at all.
