Modelled on a traditional Turkish coffee pot, or 'cezve', this pan is perfectly sized for heating a cup of warm milk, cocoa or milky coffee. Copper coating conducts heat fast, whilst a soft grip handle and double ‘lips’, ease pouring. Use on Induction or gas cookers. Dishwasher safe. Capacity 500ml. 23 x 10 x 9.5cm.

NOT FOR USE ON AN INDUCTION HOB, although information indicates otherwise. Would have purchased if it had worked for me.

Nice little saucepan. The operative word being little. It looked bigger in the book.

The copper material is very attractive and the same inside as outside as is the handle. Also the handle does not get hot. The size is just right. I have a gas hob so have to be very careful how I handle it. I am well pleased with this milk warmer.
