"Disappointing Lens"
Heavy sturdy base and quality flexible arm but the lens, although a good size, is very flimsy plastic and I'm worried it could damage easily. I'll keep it as it does the job ok

"Good Magnification - Poor Lighting"
although the magnification is extremely good, the lighting is poor, and i have to use an extra light source. portability is good and overall a practical product. my use is for detailed needlework which is why I need good light.
