Ecommerce Executive

The Role

With the ongoing growth of the web channel we are now seeking a talented Ecommerce Executive to join our Commercial team and help us achieve our ambitious future plans.  As an Ecommerce Executive you will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Ecommerce platform and driving sales through market place channels like Amazon and eBay.   
 
Working as an integral part of our growing ecommerce team this is an ideal opportunity for someone who is tech savvy and keen to progress their career in retail ecommerce.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Manage 3rd party marketplaces such as eBay. You will drive sales through these channels and manage item and stock availability whilst ensuring a high customer feedback score is maintained
  • Working with technology partners to deliver new developments and improvements to the website
  • Responsible for updating website content with latest products, offers, images, copy and pricing to ensure a high level of customer experience.   
  • Support colleagues with all web related queries for product, order, account and technical

 

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a technical mind with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Have a passion for Retail and in particular Ecommerce
  • Be commercial and Customer focused
  • Have an understanding of how to drive results and meet KPI’s
  • Have basic HTML and Photoshop skill
  • A background in Business IT would an advantage
