Excellent product well worth the money

"Not Exactly Expanding"

We have a large double oven so when I saw this thought what a good idea, however it doesn't really expand but the outer frame extends so it does not expand your cooking area but just makes the outer frame wider , might be useful if you want to use one of the shelf slots in a single oven.
That said ok for general cooking , mesh finish works well for all round heat .

"A Very Useful Item"

This has been used a lot since we bought it. Very handy or cooking a variety of things, e.g. oven chips, fish fingers, pies, hash browns, waffles etc.
In fact, anything that not 'wet' because it is perforated after all. Everything seems to cook quickly and evenly when using this.

One slight drawback is that the expanding arms don't really stay in place very well, so can't really use this a 'shelf' to expand to fit into the oven, but not really a problem as we just use it as a very useful cooking tray.

So far, the non-stick coating is working well so it's quite easy to (keep) clean.
