The locking, fork-style prongs on either side then offer you a knife guide for easy, even slicing. H25 x W8 x D7, opens to 17.5cm, and closes with a safety catch.

"Very Useful"

I found these extremely useful. I am left-handed and have always I had difficulty carving joints, especially with my electric carving knife. I tried the tongs for the first time at the weekend and obtained slices of meat of even thickness all the way through the joint.
