Well pleased with this item. The bags under my eyes seem to be diminishing.

"Seems Effective"
It's difficult to follow the instruction to keep the wand moving over the area surrounding the eye because it sticks to the skin and at my age, the skin isn't firm anyway, so I dab it on briefly and move in a circular motion as it contacts the skin. But after a few days of using it morning and evening I am noticing a smoothing of the eye area which is not achievable with creams.

"Will Not Know Until Christmas"
Started buying early for Christmas, so when my wife opens it I am hoping that it "does what it says in the tin", should be interesting.
