Delivery
In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.
Please note our Customer Services opening times are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Standard postal/Delivery charges will not be refunded on unsuitable items, unless order is cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. The plastic neck of the bag was split and also appears too flimsy for purpose. I did not find your website to have a portal whereby it was easy to report this to you.

Not exactly the one to fix to our blower but we adapted it fairly easily. Looks good. Glad we bought an extra one for a spare

The connector of the replacement bag does not fit the blower sdo the bag is useless and has been returned.

Great machine but the bag is not up too it !! The weight of the bag puts a strain on the strap and breaks leaving a hole in the bag
