Already had an expandable hose and this helps to keep it tidy so it's perfectly acceptable.

Holder difficult to assemble (due to bad manufacture) and difficult to use (not achieved this yet as per photograph) also tends to move around falling over, offering a fight to untangle and in avoiding twisting the hose. It seems to take nearly as long to attempt to store hose, as it was in use when watering the garden.
