"Two Stars At The Moment As I Cannot Get Battery Out To Charge"
By Anne Wild,  06 Jun 2020
I have had the saw for a few months but having been ill have only just got round to try and use it. Difficult instructions not enough information and am still trying to get battery out as there are no verbal instructions and the drawing needs to be bigger. You just need the battery bit not the whole saw. Have worked how to do it but am not strong enough to actually move the thing. Of course I am a simple woman. Thought it might be ideal for me
"New Blades"
By Wendy Clark,  31 May 2020
I bought one of these about 2yrs ago, I have tried to order new blades, but have had no success! ! Also how thick has the branch to be, before it stops working? I have tried cutting a2-3inch branch, with no success. It works for about 2-3 seconds and then stops. It has been a waste of money. I would never recommend it.
"Disappointing"
By Diana Childs,  26 May 2020
From the look of it and the description in the catalogue, this saw looked ideal. However in practice, the travel backwards and forwards of the blade is so little that it takes ages to cut through the smallest of branches. If used without the "hook," the metal end has to be kept pressed very firmly against the branch, otherwise there is awful vibration. Having bad shoulders, I had hoped that this saw would be really useful but it put extra strain on the shoulders. I have sent it back.
