No need to scrabble for your spectacles to read this stylish clock with wood-effect frame. A large LCD display spells out the time in 3cm high digits, plus the day, month and temperature. No need to re-set it either; it’s radio-controlled, so it’s always accurate, automatically jumping forward, and falling back an hour in spring and autumn. Use free-standing, or wall mount. Two alarms. 2x AAA batteries (not supplied). H14 x W24 x D12cm.

It looks good and the figures are easy to read in daylight but at night the clock face is impossible to read. I had expected the clock to be back lit

I chose this clock as it was said to be suitable for wall mounting and easily read. However when hung on the wall and viewed from a lower angle the numerals were not clearly visible. If placed on a side table and viewed from above numerals were distinct and clear. I returned item as it was unsuitable for wall use.
