Delivery
In stock orders are normally delivered within 5-7 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Standard postal/Delivery charges will not be refunded on unsuitable items, unless order is cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. As yet this product hasn't been used but it appears sturdy and is certainly eye catching.

"A Lovely Present"
This was given to me as a Birthday present and after reading some of the reviews I have to say they are wrong. It is beautiful and functional. The Robins and Tits love it. There is no hole in the bottom for anything to fall out. I put sunflower seeds in it and they work well. No rain has got in to the feeder through all the storms so far this year. Very happy with it and would buy more as presents!

"Shimmering Iridescent Mosaic"
I absolutely love this bird feeder. It is so beautiful and the colours sparkle with the light. Excellent quality and price.

"Bird Feeder"
Beautiful ornament but the birds wouldn't use it. The hole is too small for them and they wouldn't come near it
