New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. I ordered two sun catchers to find one was broken, contacted Coopers who sorted the matter out for me. Very impressed with Coopers customer service. Thank you Coopers!

"Poorly Made Product"

On receipt of this disappointed to find it was broken. The metal framework surrounding the glass was snapped leaving the glass raw edges exposed. Also the colouring on the glass rubbed off when touched. Poorly made product

"Replacement"

Further to the review I did by email complaining about this sun catcher, I have now received an apology and they are now sending me a replacement and refunding my postage. This has restored my faith in Coopers and I shall continue to be a valued customer. Thank you Coopers

Was looking forward to receiving this, so disappointed in this have it hanging in my conservatory where sun is all day no colours reflect from it as well as poor finish on edges and marks on glass, pretty bad quality for coopers
