"Excellent"
Wasn’t sure this would help my migraines but it is amazing. The only thing I am not happy with is that the instructions for placing it in the freezer states “use the protective pouch” I did not receive one

"Fits And Seems Ok"
I haven’t used but I have tried it on. I think it could be good so it’s now in the freezer. I did not however receive anything to put it in
