These knee straps have been specially designed to provide therapeutic comfort and support for those who experience discomfort, knee pain and stiffness. The adjustable strap is designed to improve patellar tracking by applying constant mild compression and pressure on the tendons below the knee.

Simply adjust to the required size and the hook and loop will hold the strap in place leaving you free to bend, sit, stand, run or stretch. Undetectable under clothes, ours come in a set of 2 (will fit all knees up to 38-40cm around the knee) - and when you buy one pair of Knee Relief Straps we will send you another pair absolutely free. Machine washable.

Delivery

In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. I don't know why they work - but they do! Make my knees feel stronger, and also give some protection to the knee if I trip and fall

I am not someone who suffers serious pain from my knees but thought that anything that could bring some comfort would be helpful. I wanted these for walking and cycling. I have used them for walking and found them to be comfortable and quite effective. Having looked other choices available these seemed to be great value, on offer, and therefore worth trying. Nothing lost, nothing gained. I have yet to use them when cycling but expect a similar level of relief.

I have a weak knee and have been using these when I walk the dog. They give me the support I need and they are comfortable to wear, no problems with them digging into my leg.
