In stock orders are normally delivered within 5-7 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. "Beautiful Decoration"
The lamp is well made, robust, nicely decorated and is very effective when lit. The best effect is achieved by turning it upside down for a minute so that the glitter inside the candles flows to the tops of them. When stood up the glitter then slowly drifts down to the base giving a lovely effect.

"Disappointed"
This is very pretty but I was disappointed that the snowflakes (glitter) doesn't rise up the candles . I see from the other comments from 2019 that this was a problem then so you'd expect it to be rectified by now !

"Led Candlelight"
Very disappointed did not work when fitting batteries, live contact did not reach terminals, had to bend positive connections to obtain circuit. Not very bright and snowflakes do not rise
