"Sciatic Buddy"

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she loves it...she suffers with disc trouble and the length of this means she can keep heat the length of her leg rather than shuffling heat about... We have even bought another as a back up... You can find cheaper, but the quality doesn't match!

I had to ask myself did I need this as I have hot water bottles but I'd been suffering with a bad back and thought I'd treat myself (and my sister) I'm so glad I did it's fab for back, neck and period pain

I have spondylitis in my neck and find that wrapping this hot water bottle around my neck is a great help. Don’t fill it up too full it won’t wrap round properly and could be a bit heavy. I would definitely recommend giving this a try if you have neck pain
