"Cross Trainer"
Item received quickly. One fixed part was twisted, but the machine went together ok. But disappointed to see that days after we ordered, the price had dropped by £40

"Not My Best Experience"
Really thought this would have been a good buy but first one arrived very well packed but body of it cracked
Was told to repack it and it would be collected and another one sent out
First one arrived and casing was cracked so I was told to repack it all and get
It returned
Second one arrived but when unpacked one pack of screws missing
Was told that I should repack it and send it back and another one would be sent out
Being 83 years of age I could not face unpacking a third one and they were not able to send out the missing screws so now I have been offered £20 refund so I can source my own screws and be able to attached the electronic part and this is what I have had to accept
Have been good customer for many years but wont buy from this company again
