Built from high-quality shiplap tongue and groove boards, with a solid sheet board roof and floor, this playhouse has a strong and long-lasting finish for everyday play.
Manufactured here in the UK, using sustainably sourced and regulated timber, this playhouse is constructed using quality materials to ensure a strong and weatherproof build. The walls of this playhouse are constructed using premium horizontal interlocking tongue and groove boards with a shiplap profile. The shiplap profile includes a protective and aesthetically pleasing lip to create a strong, weatherproof panel. Complete with thick wooden framing to support the cladding internally, this building offers a rigid and long-lasting structure. Solid sheet board is used to form the floor and roof, a durable material that is made up of several layers of tightly compacted oriented strands. Solid sheet board is perfect for everyday general use.
Robust roofing felt, fixtures and fittings are all supplied as standard, alongside detailed instructions and manufacturer’s recommendations, to ensure a simple and stress free assembly process. Comes with a 10 year anti-rot guarantee as well as a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. Annual re-treatment is required to maintain your building and the Anti-rot guarantee.
Safety is the most important aspect of Mercia's design process, so all playhouses have the following safety features:

- 12mm safety gap to prevent trapped fingers
- Styrene windows, a safer alternative to glass
- Rounded timbers to prevent splinters

This product is an online only exclusive item. Delivery to kerbside only - unable to bring any orders through your home. Once order has been processed, the supplier will contact by SMS/email to book a delivery date through their portal. A reminder will be sent 48hrs before delivery and a 2-hour delivery window will be sent on the morning of delivery. Delivery lead time can be up to 10 working days but can be booked as far as 12 weeks in advance. Regrettably, the courier cannot deliver to the following postcodes: BT, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO30-PO41, TR, ZE.
