"Very Badly Packaged For Delivery"
We are now on our 3rd table and chairs. Delivered in a terrible state box all damaged and then packaging inside was non existent just a few bits of polystyrene. Rang customer service spoke to supervisors and not much acceptance of the product being in a damaged second hand state on arrival. Next to know compensation offered or many apologies for why it had happened. Just a manager saying noone else has complained felt like they were accusing me of lying. I have pictures to prove it. Bad service and upsetting since I have been waiting for months as they were out of stock. Product not such robust quality as expected for the price. Beware!!

"Sturdy Product"
