Product Details

Natural, reusable and adorable, this delightful owl dehumidifier sucks moisture from the air, helping to keep rooms free from condensation, mould, mildew and odours. When its natural clay filling is saturated (up to 3 months), simply place on a heater or in a microwave, dry out and use again, and again. Weight 1kg. H18cm.

This is an amazing product. It is compact easy to move around and completely reusable. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I ordered two more for my son as they were so good.

I have a new tea/cake shop and the windows always condensate fully, impossible to see in or out.
I just blindly went for the cheapest option for condensation and so surprised how well it works! Not one bit of condensation on the shop window since.
Very good for large areas.

The moisture absorption owl is lovely. Smaller than I expected but a nice size still. It is too early to tell if they are working but they are lovely and no one would know what they are for which I love.

However I was not very impressed with the payment service. My money was taken out from my bank on the day of dispatch, then a pending payment was also taken for the same amount. When I rang customer service they said “oh yes this happens sometimes. We haven’t taken any extra money though and that pending money will be returned in a few days” 6 days it took for the money to credit my account again. This pending transaction of addition payment took me over drawn into an unagreed overdraft as it was just before pay day.
As much as I like this product and it was a good offer for 2 I wouldn’t buy from this company again due to the attitude that it’s ok to take a sort of double payment and then return the funds. Very backwards
