Brother said they are too tight to wear all the time. Maybe consider doing in different sizes.

"Gave Instant Comfort"
I seriously damaged the tendons in my Right thumb, resulting in constant and excruciating pain, and restless sleep. The Wrist support held the damaged thumb in place and the pain was controlled. An excellent and inexpensive solution.
