"Great Help With Night Cramps."
Purchased these as I suffer badly from leg cramps,mostly at night and read some where that by raising the head of the bed would improve this, our double bed has eight casters, two at the head and two at the bottom with two each side in the middle, I used two of the smaller supports at the head and two in the middle, leaving the remaining two middle and two at the foot as they were without support, have only been using them for five days and must say the cramps have improved, not completely but would say overall 85%.
