Delivery
In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Standard postal/Delivery charges will not be refunded on unsuitable items, unless order is cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. This parasol cover came many many weeks after the parasol itself. I'd forgotten I'd ordered it till a delivery driver knocked on my door a few days ago.
Its definitely not what I expected at all. Its simply a long very narrow piece of beige plastic sheeting with an opening at one end. Its way way too long for the parasol I bought. I would have to roll it upwards from the ground by about two feet, once its on the parasol.
I'm bitterly disappointed hence the low score. I could not possibly recommend this item and certainly not for the price I paid.

Parasol is OK if I had a 10 foot parasol. It is extremely long.

Ver poor quality ripped easily big mistake to buy glad it was it the sale and didn’t pay full price !
