"Broken"
I think the item would have been ‘just what I wanted’ for a present unfortunately it arrived broken. Although the item was wrapped in bubble wrap it still got broken en-route. Coopers say a replacement will be sent to me (thank you) but I would strongly advise Coopers to mark the box “fragile”. Probably stop the couriers throwing it about.??!!

"Lovely Mug, Ideal Present!"
Lovely bone china mug. I bought as a Xmas present for a friend who loves Spitfires. Having the mug personalised is a lovely touch as a present.
