Your catalogue described "PAIR OF PILLOWCASES" on offer at £12.99. When the items arrived there was ONE pillowcase in the parcel. When I contacted you and told you of the shortage you replied that as it was a "Buy One, Get One Free" offer I should have ordered two pillowcases and you would have sent the second one for free. Now, I may be a bit thick, but I'm not stupid, when I order a "PAIR" of anything I expect that PAIR to include two of those items, not ONE. As it stands at the moment I have paid £12.99 for ONE PILLOWCASE, I am still awaiting delivery of the second item which you have promised me but which has still not arrived. Delivery of this second item, to date, has taken longer than the original order. I do not appreciate being made to look a fool because you indicated that I couldn't read your offer properly.
