Delivery
In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Nice little washes but instructions would be helpful not the A5 sheet which really told you nothing. Says to pump for twenty times and nothing, so will try again later

Very poor instructions. One side of an A5 sheet which did not relate to the contents. The wand and nozzles were different and two different trigger mechanisms were in the box. On the plus side a selection of spare grommets was included though.
