Product Details

Don’t feel the cold this winter. This heater’s modern PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) ceramic element is far more effective than traditional heaters, costing as little as 12p an hour to run. An adjustable thermostat dial can be set to regulate room temperature,
and the fan can be used to circulate even heat in winter or fan cooled air in summer. With variable 750W and 1500W heat output, it features a thermostat indicator light, plus double safety protection: overheat and accidental tip-over cut-out. H27.7 x W14.7 x L18.6cm, with 1.5m mains cord.

"Item Ok For A Standby"

I bought this to heat a small room instead of putting the radiator on.
It does throw out some heat, but only if you stand close to it. After about 1 hour, the small room was still chilly and my Smart Meter wasn't very happy and neither was I when I saw the amount in £'s I had spent. As my title suggests it is ok for a standby, should your gas boiler breakdown.

Really pleased with this heater. Warms the room super fast. I like the tip-over safety aspect. Just a shame it doesn’t have a built in thermostat that clicks it on and off as the room cools. The thermostat it does have regulates the level of heat output but doesn’t offer top-up warmth to keep the room temperature constant. So I use it in combination with an oil-filled radiator. The ceramic to super boost warmth in a cold room, the radiator to keep the room warm.

We have tried several small heaters but I have to say that this item is the best. It heats up a room very quickly and is easy to use. Would recommend to anyone looking for a small, compact heater.
