The items arrived tipped out of package in the parcel.
They in my opinion are not good quality as the Brussels on some had come away

"Damaged Paintbrushes"
Previous orders from this company have been fine. However after waiting for the order to arrive this time the packaging inside the grey plastic bag was so damaged that when the contents are removed a few of the paintbrush handles had been damaged. I have to assume this was done in transit and not at the company. In order to do this ddbb no age the parcel must have been thrown around a lot. With the only recourse to sort the issue out bring to return the full order and the cost of return being borne by myself I decided to forgo the few damaged brushes and keep the order. However it has made me rethink my use of Coopers and I probably will not use them again unless they use a different company to deliver their orders.
