Delivery
In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Standard postal/Delivery charges will not be refunded on unsuitable items, unless order is cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. These contactless tools help me from touching surfaces such as door handles, left buttons, atm's, self checkout till's etc. this helps me to avoid catching covid19 from touching these surfaces and gives me some peace of mind, I wish I had come up with very good idea myself.

Unfortunately when trying to tap things such as lift call or stop buttons on buses, the metal end just slides off. My husband has added some glue to the end to make it a softer finish and this works fine. The idea is great but needs modifying. Metal on metal, glass or smooth plastic doesn't work.
