In stock orders are normally delivered within 5 days using a tracked courier service. New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Love the flower but packaging very inadequate. Both boxes damaged one very badly with the post out. there was no packaging in side the boxes to stop them moving about. Luckily there doesn't appear to be damage as far as I can see at the moment .

Normally they have some charge in the battery when they come but this had none after 12 hours in the sun it had no instruction inside I can’t help thinking it is a returned one . The box looks like it had been opened before very disappointed as usually things from the company are excellent
