Sail shades have long been used in the tropics, where darker colours are known to absorb more harmful ultra-violet rays. Manufactured from a stretchy, tight-weave burgundy fabric with UPF50+ protection, our sun sail is not just protective, it’s also almost impenetrable by sunlight. Attach to trees, fences or walls in the corner of patio or deck. Two styles expand to fit any space. 200gsm waterproof, breathable fabric. Machine washable at 40 degrees. Rectangular 1.5 x2m - 2.5 x3m. Includes clips and nylon ropes for fixing.

"Good But Not Totally Waterproof"
Really is excellent for the money at keeping the sun at bay but, although it states waterproof, it doesn't stand up to anything other than a very light shower.
