"Not The Besr"
The tip of this duster is only covered with a piece of plastic which then scrapes against ceiling or whatever is being dusted causing it to scratch..
I would have sent it back to Coopers but we were out when it was delivered and it the box giot wet and I threw it away immediately without checking the duster. Probably won’t use it.

"Not As Advertised"
Sadly this item was not as advertised. The maximum length was, in fact, the closed length and would never reach the top of my very high window as expected. The packaging it arrived in also made it impossible to return without damage. Coopers of Stortford, however, we extremely helpful in resolving the issue.
