Returns/Exchanges

You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. Standard postal/Delivery charges will not be refunded on unsuitable items, unless order is cancelled within 14 working days of receipt of goods and returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. "Good Product"

Have previously purchased these pads without the wings. The product is not as nicely finished just overstitched round the edges. The original ones I'm still using have bias binding edges, so I don't think these new ones will wear as well with the amount of times they are washed. Wings are difficult to use when changing bed of someone bed bound, but are a good idea otherwise. They do the job they are made for
