A crevice tool reaches into tight spots, an upholstery brush freshens stairs and soft furnishings, and a regular nozzle head tackles all number of tasks. An ‘easy-empty’ translucent dirt collector lets you see when it’s full, and its charging base can be tucked tidily away on a countertop.

New working practices in our warehouse and courier networks means it may take us a little longer to deliver your parcel than usual. We deliver to the UK. Regrettably we cannot deliver to the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland.

Returns/Exchanges
You may return an item within 28 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund of the item price. "Really Long Wait For Item To Be Delivered"
I had to wait 4 months from ordering this item to receiving it. It seems ok. At first I thought I could not empty it properly but after reading a previous review and the response given I managed to remove the section required to empty it. I think the instruction need to be more detailed so that people realise it is meant to be removed. At first I was too scared to pull too hard because I thought I might break it.

Have only had it a week so only used it once but it did the job nicely when dry mustard was spilt on kitchen worktop !!

Difficulty in emptying.

"Design Fault Affects Emptying"
The vacuum cleaner works well at sucking up debris but, when it comes to emptying the reservoir the difficulties start. Because of the design of the inlet system, I cannot empty the reservoir except by filling it with water allowing the debris to float out. Then, the problem is emptying the water. Do you have a solution?

Hi,
There is 3 parts to the reservoir. You have the main section but the part the filter fits into comes out also. This helps to clean the content out. If you have the reservoir full of water, tilt it back slightly to stop the water coming out. Hope this helps.
